You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including seals, labels, and any accessories). This return policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
 

How to start a return

1. Contact us at shop@telmone.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (optional).

2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible).
 

Return shipping costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility (unless we explicitly agree otherwise).

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.
 

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If the item is returned used, opened (where not allowed), or incomplete, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
 

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (include photos if possible). These cases follow our guarantee/warranty procedure and are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
